Cancallation Policy
At APLEXA MULTITRADE PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.
2. Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation:

Provide your Order ID and registered mobile number
Our team will confirm if the order is eligible for cancellation
3. Refund on Cancellation
If the order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
The refund will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
4. Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
5. Important Notes
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Any cancellation request after dispatch will not be considered.
