Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused.
• The product must be in original packaging.
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Certain items (such as hygiene products or customized items) may not be eligible for return.
