1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Product is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
Innerwear, personal hygiene products
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”
Perishable or customized products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Our team will verify and arrange a pickup or guide you for self-shipping
Once the product is received and inspected, the return will be processed

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products (subject to availability)
If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued
